We went to Timpanogos Caves with my Brother and sister-in-law Richard and Jackie. Jackies brother and wife came too. The little girls made it up the whole hike. Back down, was a different story...

Here is the real hiker. Sam fell on the way down and refused to walk. Rich carried Sam in front and Ryan on back almost the whole way down. Ryan looks really cute. The caves wore him out!We also went to Bicentennial Park one evening for a game of frisbee golf. We had so much fun, Allen decided to make a video about it. Enjoy.
Lastly, Allen had a 6 hour Ultimate Frisbee tournament. We both came away really burned. Here is some video footage of his Orem League Team and Allen is right in the Action.

We had a great time with you guys! Thanks for all the fun you provide us with. We hope to someday learn how to be as creative as you guys. :) Maybe we should have an FHE lesson . . . ?

If you ever come to run the marathon again you can stay with us. We are in Waltham but Brad will take a shuttle and the T to dental school so I imagine it isn't too far from the rest of everything else.
